Maryanne teaches a vinyasa style of yoga, combining energising flow sequences with held poses to strengthen and lengthen the body. Encouraging the connection of mind into body to expand awareness of all aspects of your life. Yoga offers us an opportunity to explore, reflect, learn, observe and embrace our world fully.
By developing a body awareness, through asana practice, we familiarise ourselves with our patterns, our reactions, our tendencies. Once we develop this skill we can guide ourselves toward living the life we have imagined.
Having been passionate about dance from a young age Vinyasa came naturally, in recent years Maryanne has found that including yin & mediation practises enriched her experience of yoga.
Maryanne has studied with Idit Hefer Tamir, Sarah Powers, Jasmine Tarkeshi & Tara Judelle.
