Course Information • PURPOSE & VALUE In this training you are asked to practice the suggested poses for 21 days over a 30 days period. If you could do it over 21 days consecutive days then that would be ideal, but if needed more time then you have the whole 30 days to complete the requirements for this course. Ideally you would practice each pose for 20-30 minutes. If some days you are unable to allocate this amount of time then try to have a minimum of 10 minutes in the pose. Completion of the course includes two components: 1. Sharing images of you setting up/practicing/coming out of the pose. 2. Reflection of experience and observations of the practice
