"The actions, emotions, and behaviors of a person align with their perceived truths about themselves and their surroundings. Imagination, not sheer willpower, sets the mental 'picture' or goal that our automatic mechanism strives to achieve. Our actions or inactions are guided by imagination, shaping our reality more than mere 'will' alone."
— Maxwell Maltz

Join Sukha Mukha Yoga Director Idit Hefer Tamir for a restorative workshop and a journey inwards.

We will explore the quiet within, by practicing Restorative Yoga asana, Meditation & Pranayama.

As the year resumes its fast-paced rhythm, join me in a session dedicated to cherishing, exploring, and deepening our connection with rest, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

These practices encourage us to remain an integral part of our lives with mindfulness and compassion.

Rest is not just a pause; it's an ongoing journey that prompts us to observe the diverse layers of stress we've accumulated. Step by step, we cultivate a sense of calm and safety, allowing these layers to dissolve and release.

This session is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, providing a space for relaxation and rejuvenation.

It is a beautiful evening inviting the body, mind and spirit to rediscover that all we need already exists within us.

Please bring any props you have: A bolster, blankets, perhaps a couple of bath towels and shawls, to keep warm and have plenty of props to work with. The more props we have the better!

If you are travelling from a far or do not have these props please let us know.

Resgistration is necessary as spots are strictly limited.

" If you can imagine it, you can achieve it.

If you can dream it, you can become it"
