Re-Imagining Rest ~
Embracing Tranquility in the Fast Pace

A restorative workshop with Idit Hefer

Saturday Feb 24th (full moon) 18:30-21:00

EB $70 Until Feb 15th / $80 Afterwards

As the year resumes its fast-paced rhythm, join me in a session dedicated to cherishing, exploring, and deepening our connection with rest, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

These practices encourage us to remain an integral part of our lives with mindfulness and compassion.

Rest is not just a pause; it's an ongoing journey that prompts us to observe the diverse layers of stress we've accumulated. Step by step, we cultivate a sense of calm and safety, allowing these layers to dissolve and release.

This session is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, providing a space for relaxation and rejuvenation."

Restorative Yoga &

Trauma Informed Immersion

With Idit Hefer Tamir

Commecning May 8th, 2024

EB Until March 1st, 2024

Restorative Yoga is the yoga of deep, conscious relaxation. It is the Yoga of ‘Being’, rather than the Yoga of ‘Doing’.

Using as many props as necessary, this type of practice allows your muscles, ligaments and organs to relax on a much deeper level and by doing so to restore Prana, energy, life force.

200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training

Commecning July 25th, 2024

Special EB Until May 15h, 2024 (save $400)

This is our 22nd year of yoga teacher training.

This year we run only ONE round of yoga teacher training, so make sure to sign up in advance and secure your spot.

Led by Idit Hefer Tamir, the founder and director of teacher training, with a team of expert teachers, our training is designed to deeply explore the philosophy and physiology of yoga, as well as the practical aspects of teaching Asana, Pranayama, and the essence of Yoga as a lifestyle, both on and off the mat.

This is an open invitation to ANYONE who benefited from yoga and would like to take a deeper dive into the knowledge, techniques and wisdom that Yoga has to offer.

We acknowledge the Gadigal and Birrabirragal people as
the traditional custodians of the land in our local area

Now in its 20th year we run our well renowned yoga teacher training.

This training is open for ALL. All body-types and everyBody!

We believe that yoga is about meeting the individual where they are, rather than demanding of them to meet the teacher and practice.

With compassion, trauma awareness and curiosity there is a way for all of us to dive deeper into the teachings, practice and wisdom, and to then share it with others in a way that are true and authentic to our own heart.
