How to reset and recharge using restorative yoga poses

Brain waves and how to relax through Yoga Nidra meditation

Feel a sense of calm that comes from observing yourself & your thoughts and take home your journal, your personal resource.
Your teacher will be Louise Gerondis, a qualified PDHPE teacher and Yoga teacher. She studied Yoga Teacher Training and Advanced Teacher Training at Sukha Mukha Yoga Studio under the teaching of Idit Hefer-Tamir, Katie Manitsas. Lotus Flow with Jasmine Tarkeshi; Yin Yoga teaching with Maryanne Edwards and Bernie Clark and Restorative Yoga training led by Idit Hefer-Tamir. Louise has also completed Teen Yoga teacher training course with Teen Yoga foundation UK/ Australia. Louise is passionate about providing her students with access to the amazing yoga practices that enable them to nurture themselves and self-regulate. She strongly believes in the power of the body/mind connection to help manage the dailystresses of life and major life challenges and has practiced meditation daily throughout her adult life.
