With a background in Remedial Massage Therapy, Perri has always been passionate about healing as well as the mind-body-energy connection. Over the years, in addition to yoga, her studies in Adviata Vedanta Philosophy and experience with various styles of meditation have given her the tools to move through the world with truth and purpose.
Perri has completed her 350hr YTT with Idit Hefer-Tamir and Katie Manitsas as well as Yin training with Sarah Owen (Insight). She continues on a path of discovery and learning through various other workshops with the likes of Jasmine Tarkeshi (Laughing Lotus, USA), Alan and Sarah Finger (Ishta Yoga, USA), Shiva Rea (USA), and Magdalena Potipa (SE). Her love of music has also led her to attend chanting/harmonium workshops with Nadav Khan (AUS), and sound healing with the Sound Healing Academy (UK) and Anne Ridgway, thus far.
In Perri’s classes, you’ll be guided through the postures with options to create your own experience. You will be encouraged to cultivate awareness and observe all that may arise on and off the mat. Through the breath (pranayama), conscious movement (vinyasa) and meditation you’ll be asked to look for your truth behind the illusions of the mind… and perhaps find grounding, acceptance and peace…
