Marion came to Australia in 2008 with her partner and started working at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. Back then she didn’t realise there was more to life than work until she became sick and began suffering from chronic headaches. That was the time when she discovered Yoga for herself and quickly realised the many benefits Yoga has for life.
In the last four years she fell in love with Yoga and explored many different styles. In 2014 she took her Yoga journey to a deeper level and decided to participate in the yoga teacher training at Sukha Mukha Yoga.
In her teaching she tries to combine the physical postures and the spiritual aspects of the practice. Finding ease and a smile in a challenging pose is similar to challenging situations arising in life. Finding stillness in the mind and inner peace is what Yoga is all about.
She doesn’t take herself too seriously and tries to bring lightness to her classes.
