Manuela designs her classes to help students develop self-awareness and body-mind connection, working through the body to bring a sense of ease into the mind. Giving attention to correct alignment and many options throughout the class she encourages students to explore how the movement feels into their own bodies empowering them to choose consciously their own practice.
Manuela has trained under the guidance of Idit Hefer Tamir, Katie Manitsas and Donna Farhi. She is skilled in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. She has trained as a Prenatal Yoga teacher with Katie Manitsas, Lynda Taylor and Cassandra Missio. She has studied Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Ester Van Der Sande and Nikola Ellis.
