Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Eugenia has a deep love for creative expression through body movement. Having studied ballet and dance for several years, Eugenia first met Yoga as a means to assist with her ballet and dance. Immediately, she fell in love with the practice and has maintained it as a part of her routine ever since.
After travelling to Australia, shifting both continents and her career as an Art Director and Tv Producer, Eugenia decided that it was finally time to follow her passion and interest for the body and well being. She completed her teacher training at Sukha Mukha with Idit Hefer Tamir.
Her practice is based on Vinyasa flow, and is focused on making her classes as accessible as possible to all walks of life. Her classes are designed to strengthen the body, mind and spirit. Her natural and fun spirit is contagious to all who meet her.
“When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? Perhaps to be too practical is madness. To surrender dreams — this may be madness. Too much sanity may be madness — but maddest of all: to see life as it is, and not as it should be!”
