7 Week Embody Wellness Course

The purpose of this course is to bring well-being practices home and into everyday life. Keeping these practices simple yet effective, the journey during the 7 weeks period will be beyond your wildest dreams and expectations.
Introducing “step into wellness program” where you will learn how to generate positive habits based on the wisdom and the principles
of Ayurveda & Yoga.
These habits have been proven to work and be effective, and yogis have done these for thousands of years. Yet these practices are still very much relevant to our lives in modern society and modern countries.
Participants will be offered great material and constant support during the course. Sunita is well experienced and has a reputation for holding space while transmitting knowledge. She will support you on the weekly sessions, but also through the online community and a Private Facebook – members only- group. Of course, if you prefer to stay away from social media, then we will find a solution for this!
The purpose of forming such community is, to bring us together, as we individually go through our own process and journey of unfolding, we also come as a community and support each other, and are reminded by the power of the community to create even bigger transformations.

Week 1 : Feb 3rd
Ayurveda’s approach to food
Introduction to Ayurveda’s concept of agni, Ayurveda’s point of view about digression
Week 2:– Feb 10
Yoga’s point of view of mind & why silence is necessary
Intro to techniques achieve silence
Week 3 : Feb 17
Yoga’s point of view about breath & how breath & mind are linked.
Intro to Breath awareness techniques
Week 4: Feb 24
Introducing yoga’s concept on being in the now, appreciating what we have & using time for reflection.
Week 5: March 3
Prana giving physical activities
Prana generating practices are or balance of yin-yang practices are introduced
Week 6: March 10 :
Ayurvedic cleansing practices
Introduction to Ayurveda’s cleansing techniques and Ayurveda’s concept of ‘ama’ is introduced & importance of reducing it from body
Week 7 : March 17
Ayurveda’s approach to ‘health on our hands’ and into to techniques of abhyanga or Self massage
Sunita Patil is a yogini, teacher, writer, artist, and coach. She offers the most comprehensive yoga and meditation teachings and practices so people can realize the wisdom within—bringing true happiness, freedom and fulfilment to their lives. Sunita has over a 30 years of experience in the personal practice of yoga, and over the past 18 years, she has taught 1,000s of students worldwide (Australia, USA and India).
She is renowned for her depth of understanding in the ancient language of yoga, Sanskrit, and has taught Sanskrit to yoga teachers (and teachers in training)—translating the more sophisticated aspects of yoga philosophy that have been displaced in most of the contemporary yoga practices of today. Yoga teachers will accrue 16 CPD points with Yoga Australia or Yoga Alliance for this training.
To get accreditation you must have done 200 hours of yoga teacher training. The course is open to everyone but only certified yoga teachers can get the certification.
