Join Kate Schubert, A Therapist, Yoga teacher and healer as we explore what is spiritual bypassing and how do we use it to avoid meeting our demons and overcoming challenging feelings, traumas and issues in our life?
This 2 hour mentoring session will be inspiring, thought provoking, challenging at times, and yet when held with Kate's guidance, care, and expertise, it will lead us towards greater understanding of where to navigate our practice and how to use it to heal and transform.
No prior knowledge is required. Just the willingness to look at the mirror with honesty, courage and vulnerability.

Kate is a Psychotherapist, Yoga teacher and Bodyworker who has trained in Gestalt and
Systemic family constellations therapy, both of which are embedded in supporting
humanistic and somatic based healing. Kate is also trained in the energetic fields to support
individuals and groups in a deep and rich understanding of their ancestry, trauma and
working with authenticity of Spirit to bring a deeper sense of community together.
