Caroline is a dedicated practitioner of yoga and mindfulness meditation. Her yoga teacher training journey began at Sukha Mukha with Idit Hefer, completing a very thorough 350 hour training. Her other teachers include Jasmine Tarkeshi, Marianne Edwards, Katie Menastis, Arian Levaneal and Donna Farhi.
Her interest in Mindfulness and Buddhism developed after participating in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course with Openground. Caroline regularly attends retreats in the western insight tradition and is now training with Mindfulness Training Institute, AU & NZ, studying Mindfulness Based Interventions.
The practice of yoga and mindfulness meditation have inspired profound growth, healing and positive change within her life and she is passionate about sharing these wonderful and liberating practices with you.
