Caroline and her family have relocated to Australia twelve years ago, and immediately fell in love with the stunning beauty of this country. Caroline started practicing yoga after the birth of her second daughter in 2007 and her passion for this ancient practice has steadily intensified over the years. She studied with Amy Pastore, Idit Hefer Tamir, Donna Farhi, and did her prenatal and post natal course with Katie Manitstas. In March 2018 she will start a course to become a certified yoga therapist.
Drawing on her personal experience with yoga, Caroline’s classes seek to encourage her students to become aware of their established thought and movement patterns and break the patterns that are not useful. Once on that path, the doors are open for you to become the best possible version of yourself, so you can be of service to yourself and others.
Her personal practice includes a combination of strength and restorative yoga, a daily meditation practice, and practicing acro yoga with her younger daughter. She also loves to explore other forms of movement and bring some aspects back to her own practice.
She is a firm believer of “we don’t sop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing”.
