Anna began practicing seven years ago, and since that time has been continually reminded of the transformative power of yoga.
Anna began her practice in the Jivamukti method, where she fell in love with the discovery that she could still her mind, develop her body connection, and actively practice compassion for all beings. Feeling an urge to delve deeper into the teachings of yoga, Anna completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Sukha Mukha under the guidance and care of Idit Hefer Tamir.
Anna teaches a holistic vinyasa style, using creative sequencing with elements of mantra, pranayama, meditation and philosophy in her classes. Her intention is to create a nurturing and accessible space where students can feel grounded, connected, and empowered. She is honoured to be sharing the magic of these ancient teachings with you.
