Then join us for the Sukha Mukha Yoga teacher training info session. We will run a free yoga class with Idit Hefer, director of Sukha Mukha yoga and Sukha Mukha yoga teacher training which will be followed by a Q&A session with Idit and other teachers from the training and graduates,. So we hope we can answer all your questions and give you a better idea about what this journey holds for you!
Lighten Up – with Amanda Piper
After enduring what seems like a long cold winter, we are often left feeling depleted, heavy and closed. Spring time is the perfect opportunity to shake off the dust and begin cleansing and clearing your body, mind and heart as we prepare for the radiance of summer. Allow this workshop to draw you out of hibernation and reignite that creative spirit as we mimic Mother Nature in becoming lighter, brighter and more vibrant. Through the beauty of movement, mindful breathing and warming meditation, we let go of the old and welcome the new, ‘blossoming open’ and making space for new growth and opportunities. We will work to rebalance and energise the sacral chakra, encouraging us to find our flow and get moving again. Let’s get inspired and make this shift together. Booking essential!
Yoga Detox Week with Martine Allars

Monday – Friday 6:30am-7:30am, Saturday & Sunday 10:30am-12:30pm

This inside – outside workshop will bring the spring back into your step.
Focusing on a detox diet, asana and meditation to set you on the right course again.
It is a week just for you.
With daily recipes and reflections from the yogic philosophies to help you take it beyond the physical!
You will be taking practices on the mat and off the mat for a deep detox of the body and mind.
Monday 6:30-7:30am: Twists to get digestion moving.
Tuesday 6:30-7:30am: Dynamic forward bends to sweat out the toxins.
Wednesday 6:30-7:30am: Backbends to get your heart moving and clear stress.
Thursday 6:30-7:30am: Inversions to shake everything out you don’t need.
Friday 6:30-7:30am: Restoration and balance bringing everything to centre.
Saturday 10.30-12.30: Dynamic practice to cleanse followed by yin.
Sunday 10.30-12.30: Putting it all together, the food, the asana and meditation.
